I was truly impressed with how clean and tidy my Double Room was throughout my 7-night stay. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, maintaining a cozy atmosphere and even cleaning every day. The air conditioning in our room was completely ineffective, making our stay unbearably hot. This was frustrating enough, but when we informed the staff, they dismissed our concerns casually, claiming it wasn't hot outside. On top of that, the room only had one poorly placed power outlet, making it quite challenging to charge devices. The shower flooded the bathroom during use, which was both disgusting and inconvenient.
